The location was super. The staff was also very nice to me. Anjali helped store my luggage after checking out. The hotel is a short walk to New Street station. I appreciate the smooth check-in and check-out process.
The room I stayed in had no table. There was also no cabinet to keep stuff.

Staff are polite. Maria checked me out this morning, she was friendly. Eliza was helpful from when I walked through the door. She even upgraded us to a room with a skylight.

There is Turtle Bay restaurant right at the hotel. This provides easy access to dining options. The hotel's central location also means many nearby restaurants. I enjoyed the convenience.

The hotel is close to New Street station. This makes travel very simple. Flix bus stop is a short walk. The location is ideal, very close to the centre and the station.

the staff at reception were helpful. the price was great for basic accommodation. the room was central and clean. i found it quite comfortable, and i appreciated the simplicity for a short stay.
the room lacked a table. a chair would have been useful even with the basic setup.

the reception area looked tidy. staff were present 24 hours a day. a coffee machine was available on the ground floor, though i didn't use it .

The location was excellent (I could easily walk to many attractions). The staff, especially Violeta, provided great service throughout my stay.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. Street noise was audible, so sleep was difficult with the window open. there was no table in the room, so I had to put my belongings on the floor.
